What I Do

I work within the NHS , specializing in women's pelvic health.

My days involve:
• Assessing women with prolapse, incontinence, and bladder conditions
• Performing urodynamic studies to diagnose bladder problems
• Fitting and managing pessaries for prolapse
• Teaching women about catheter care and self-management
• Working with doctors and physiotherapists to create personalized care plans.
Before specializing in urogynaecology five years ago, I worked in intensive care,
emergency medicine, and surgical nursing—experiences that taught me to see the whole person, not just the condition.

Why This Matters

When I say; I understand; I genuinely do, not just from textbooks,

but from living it.
I know what it is like to toilet-map before leaving the house. I know the emotional weight of fertility struggles. I know the relief of finding a treatment that works and the devastation when it does not. I know what it is like to advocate for yourself when you are exhausted and in pain.
That lived experience, combined with professional training, means I can offer both accurate medical information and genuine empathy.

That is what you will find here: evidence-based guidance delivered with compassion, because I have been where you are.

"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from your company. Their team went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
